I am a clinician at heart with clinical interests in general gastroenterology, along with colon cancer screening and prevention. I also have interests in medical economics and medical education. I was inspired to become a clinician due in large part to sharing health care experiences with my mother and father. The shared experiences with my mother along with the tutelage of my ongoing professional clinical experiences have taught me many things, including the importance of excellence, compassion, partnership, modesty and integrity. I’ve embraced these as my core values, and have integrated them into my daily clinical practice.
