Overview
Dr. Feldman earned his medical degree from University of South Florida and completed his residency in General Surgery at SUNY DOWNSTATE and his residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at University of Florida and is board certified in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Feldman also was board certified in General Surgery from 1986 to 2006 where upon it expired. Dr. Feldman earned Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) Certification in 2021.
