Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3) is an innovative cardiovascular care practice in Dallas and Rockwall, TX, led by nationally recognized cardiology specialist Dr. Tony S. Das. A Vascular Surgeon and General and Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Das is the first cardiologist in Dallas to obtain board certification for Peripheral Vascular Procedures by completing the Society of Vascular Medicine and Biology Endovascular Interventional Boards. He specializes in minimally invasive catheter-based treatments for heart, peripheral arterial, venous and valvular heart disease, including TAVR.

As a board-certified interventional cardiologist, Dr. Banerjee is internationally recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive treatments of coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease and transcatheter aortic valve replacement. He is currently serving as the Paul J. Thomas Endowed Chair in Cardiology and chief of cardiovascular research and innovation for Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Services-Dallas. Dr. Banerjee is the editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Cardiology, one of the premier cardiology journals in the world. He also serves as one of the founding directors of the Cardiovascular Innovations Foundation. He has led many landmark clinical trials, published over 450 peer-reviewed manuscripts, and is an invited faculty at national and international cardiovascular conferences. Dr. James Choi has been caring for Texas hearts since 2004. He is fellowship-trained in interventional cardiology. He is the current medical director of Coronary, Renal and Structural Heart Technologies for the Baylor Research Institute in Dallas. He previously served as an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station and as the director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.Dr. Choi is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions. He currently chairs the DFW AngioClub and is a member of the American Heart Association, Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Association. Dr. Choi has sat on numerous advisory boards, completed clinical research into various devices and cardiovascular procedures, and is active in the Korean-American medical community.
