Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3) is an innovative cardiovascular care practice in Dallas and Rockwall, TX, led by nationally recognized cardiology specialist Dr. Tony S. Das. A Vascular Surgeon and General and Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Das is the first cardiologist in Dallas to obtain board certification for Peripheral Vascular Procedures by completing the Society of Vascular Medicine and Biology Endovascular Interventional Boards. He specializes in minimally invasive catheter-based treatments for heart, peripheral arterial, venous and valvular heart disease, including TAVR.

He previously served as an associate professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station and as the director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.Dr. Choi is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions. He currently chairs the DFW AngioClub and is a member of the American Heart Association, Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Association.
