Following this, he finished a cardiovascular disease residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, and Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Before joining AMG, Dr. Doshi worked as a research fellow in the Department of Cardiology at North Shore University Hospital/Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra, part of Northwell Health in New York, and as a research assistant at The Mount Sinai Hospital, New York.With a strong focus on clinical research, Dr. Rajkumar Doshi has authored over 180 articles in esteemed peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented more than 300 oral and poster abstracts at international conferences worldwide. He is an active member of several prominent national organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, the American Medical Association, and the American Heart Association. He then completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Coronary and Peripheral Vascular Intervention at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School and additionally obtained a Masters of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health prior to moving back to Columbia.
