Working in endocrinology is a joy. It’s a privilege to work with people of all ages and in various stages of their lives. As a provider, I work to create trusted bonds with patients by adopting a teamwork approach to then tackle chronic disease management. Treatment plans always work best when there is shared decisionmaking between provider and patient. One of the best parts of my job is when I’ve helped patients successfully manage their own diagnoses. I am passionate about preventive care and believe small steps done every day really do add up to change and prevent bigger issues down the road.
