He served for eight years on the faculty at Harvard Medical School as an instructor in radiation oncology. He also was chief of the radiation oncology department at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center and director of the CNS Radiation Oncology Fellowship Program. Dr. Ramakrishna is a principal investigator in a study focused on central nervous system malignancies at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer. He has written numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed manuscripts and has presented his work at national and international conferences.
