Dr. Michelle R. Paff is a UCI Health neurosurgeon who specializes in movement disorders, epilepsy and neuropathic pain, including trigeminal neuralgia. She completed her neurosurgery residency and epilepsy surgery fellowship at UCI Medical Center, followed by additional fellowship training in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery at the University of Toronto.Her research interests include neuromodulation, cognitive neuroscience and psychiatric symptoms in patients with neurological disorders. She is the author or co-author of numerous peer-reviewed research papers published in major medical journals. She serves as a co-investigator for clinical trials being conducted at UCI for epilepsy and Parkinson's disease.
