Recognized nationally for his leadership, Dr. Tehrani serves on committees for both the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. He has co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, abstracts and book chapters, with his work published in top medical journals including Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC), JACC: Heart Failure, JACC: Cardiovascular Interventions, JAMA Cardiology, Circulation: Heart Failure, and Journal of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. He is internationally recognized for his clinical and research expertise in interventional cardiology, clinical trials, outcomes research, regulatory science, and healthcare disparities in medicine. Fostering multidisciplinary collaborations within and between service lines, Dr. Batchelor has successfully built innovative clinical programs and improved patient outcomes within both private practice and academic medical settings. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed abstracts and manuscripts, multiple book chapters, served on numerous clinical trial steering committees and as National Principal Investigator (PI) on landmark clinical trials in cardiovascular medicine.
