Dr. Nauman Chaudhry

Dr. Nauman S. Chaudhry is a board-certified neurosurgeon with the Orlando Health Spine Center, a multidisciplinary collaboration between Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute and Orlando Health Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Chaudhry takes as much time as needed to listen to his patients' concerns so that, together, they can create a personalized healthcare plan. Dr. Chaudhry’s Training Dr. Chaudhry earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and his medical degree at the University of Miami in Florida, graduating with honors. He completed a neurological surgery residency and an enfolded spine fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he served as chief resident. He also completed a post-graduate fellowship in spinal deformity and complex minimally invasive spine surgery at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. About Dr. Chaudhry Dr. Chaudhry’s professional memberships include the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Scoliosis Research Society, North American Spine Society and Southern Neurosurgical Society. Dr. Chaudhry’s expertise is evident in his numerous peer-reviewed publications, presentations at national meetings and memberships in neurosurgical societies. His research interests include spinal cord injuries and long-term patient outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, surfing, trying new restaurants and spending time with his family. Dr. Chaudhry is fluent in English and Urdu.

His clinical expertise encompasses Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, Cervical Myelopathy, Stroke, Vitrectomy, and Spinal Fusion.
