Dr. Prashanth Peddi

Dr. Prashanth Peddi is a board-certified internal medicine specialist who has practiced as a hospitalist and clinician-educator since 2001. In addition to his board certification, he was elected as a fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). Dr. Peddi earned his medical degree at Kakatiya Medical College of NTR University in Warangal, India. He completed post-graduate medical training at Osmania General Hospital in Hyderabad, India, his residency in internal medicine at Michigan State University and a clinical/research fellowship in general internal medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He also holds a diploma in echocardiology, as well as a certificate in patient safety from Johns Hopkins University Medical School. He assists his patients to make good/right health care decisions by offering various treatment options. The most satisfying aspect of medical practice is the sense of joy/fulfillment he feels when patients recover or reach treatment goals.
