Dr. Safaei grew up in Iran and became fascinated by the possibilities of medicine when her grandmother fell ill and needed medical care.Since joining Intermountain Health, in 2005, it appears Dr. Safaei’s medical career has come full circle. She has found her niche specializing in senior-focused primary care for adults 65 and older with the Summerlin myGeneration clinic team.Dr. Safaei graduated from Spartan Health Sciences University in St. Lucia and completed residency at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Ohio. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
