Dr. Andreas Bollmann is a board-certified pediatrician, an advisory board member of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, a member and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). He's been a published author of peer-reviewed medical journal articles, a researcher and a medical educator. The greatest joy of being a pediatrician is seeing my patients and their families grow, change and achieve. I believe in preventative care. As pediatricians, we are the first line in ensuring that children are recognized, diagnosed and treated properly — often working like a detective with a magnifying glass — dosed with plenty of silliness and empathy. When I wake up in the morning I smile, knowing that I am doing exactly what I was made to do. Having trained in both Europe and the United States, I have been exposed to many perspectives on health care and wellness. I’m passionate about constantly striving to learn and improve myself to better advise and care for my patients and their loved ones. It is important to me to accompany my patients through to their young adulthoods, and help caregivers navigate our ever-changing health care system. I want my patients to feel comfortable with themselves, embrace a healthy lifestyle, and achieve to their potential. I hope to be a good listener and encourage a dialogue.
