He completed his residency in neurology at Duke University Medical Center. He completed fellowships in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at the same institution. Dr. Kaplan currently sees patients at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
