My passion is primary care. Patients are people first, with family, friends, jobs and responsibilities. I treat the person, the patient, not the disease. Everyone deserves a family physician to coordinate care. Dr. Pherribo received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she also served as chief intern. Following a residency in family medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, she was an attending physician at the Temple University Hospital Department of Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine and other Temple-related health centers where she pursued her special interest in preventative medicine, chronic disease management and community medicine. Dr. Pherribo is board-certified in family medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the New Jersey Osteopathic Medical Association.
