
Overview
Dr. James Hayman received his medical and master of business administration degrees simultaneously from the University of Chicago in 1991. Following an internship in Evanston, Ill., he began his radiation oncology residency at the Joint Center for Radiation Therapy at Harvard Medical School. He joined the University of Michigan faculty immediately following his residency in 1996 and currently serves as the director of the Clinical Division of the Department of Radiation Oncology. Dr. Hayman's clinical interests include the management of lung, esophageal, breast and central nervous system malignancies. He is also active in the area of health services research.

Dr. Jolly has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. As Associate chair of Community Practices, she oversees the standardization and quality of care of patients receiving radiation therapy at the numerous UM Radiation Oncology community practices across the state of Michigan. In addition she also serves as a consultant for the Michigan Radiation Oncology Quality Consortium (MROQC) focused on quality improvement in patients undergoing radiation therapy for breast cancer, lung cancer and bone metastases.
