Dr. Haugen is board certified in otolaryngology and fellowship trained in head and neck surgical oncology, microvascular reconstruction and robotic surgery. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University where he graduated with the distinction of Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his otolaryngology residency at Geisinger Medical Center.
