Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:My passion for medicine was inspired by my mom, a previous practicing CNA in Chambersburg for over 35+ years. Her hard work ethic and dedication to her patients motivated me to obtain an advanced degree in medicine. She truly is my role model and has the kindest and most empathic heart. I always envisioned giving back to the community by promoting wellness, positivity, and compassion, while also helping people during their most vulnerable and difficult times.What I want my patients to know about me?:I was born and raised in Chambersburg and am a local girl at heart. I love caring for patients and getting to know them as a person, but truly have the greatest empathy for what patients experience. Simply, I try to care for my patients as if they were my family—with kindness, smiles, and a huge heart.What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:I enjoy staying active and promoting fitness through running/walking, spinning- love my Peloton, yoga, weight training, hiking….basically anything outside and active makes my heart happy. In my free time, I love spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends. I am also blessed with the opportunity to travel to many beautiful locations and especially enjoy the cultural diversity of meeting new people and eating yummy food. Also, I love college football and am huge Penn State fan.
