Dr. Davis earned a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science from University of Florida. Dr. Davis completed an internal medicine internship and three years of neurology residency training, followed by one year sub-specialty fellowship training in movement disorders at Medical College of Georgia.
