He completed his residency in in Internal Medicine at Barnes Hospital/Washington University Medical Center in 1999 in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Chugh completed his fellowship in cardiology and electrophysiology at the University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor in 2003.
