He completed his residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine and then his fellowship in the hematology and oncology division and the department of medicine at the University of California in San Diego, CA. He has contributed to several publications and abstracts. Dr. Warr practiced hematology and oncology in Great Falls for 21 years, during which time he was also medical director of Peace Hospice of Montana, of the American Red Cross, and of Benefis Cancer Conference.
